Costs
At Huurzone, you can sign up for free with a Standard Account, allowing you to create a search profile based on your housing preferences. Huurzone scans and indexes thousands of rental websites daily and keeps you automatically updated as soon as a property is listed that matches your search criteria. You can set how frequently you receive notifications to ensure you don’t miss out on any properties. Adjustments or unsubscribing are always possible, allowing you to keep control of your search without wasting time on manual searching.
If you want to use all the features of the platform, such as setting up a search profile, applying search filters, reading descriptions, or responding directly to a property ad, you need a paid account. At Huurzone, we call this a Premium Account. It costs just € 29,- per month or € 19,- for the first 2 weeks. Currently, we have the following promotions:
- Now: the first 2 months only € 39,-
- Now: only € 49 for the first 3 months
If you choose a Premium Account, the first payment will be processed via iDeal. You will set up a direct debit mandate. Once this mandate is in place, your initial subscription period begins. Subscription fees are debited 14 days into the following subscription period until cancellation. By selecting immediate activation, you waive your statutory cooling-off period.
If you don’t want automatic renewal, make sure to cancel at least 1 day before the start of the new subscription period. You can cancel your Premium Account by clicking the "end Premium Account" button in your Huurzone account. Alternatively, you can send us an email or letter, and we will take care of it for you.
